Forticlient for iOS

Dear all, We are installing forticlient ems in stand alone mode. All our users are iPads. We installed the forticlient on the iPad and were able to get the telemetry successfully connected. We have created the profile from ems side with web filtering enabled to filter the news and social categories, and we have applied it on the client, but the issue is the client is not getting the profile and so we are not able to block the social and news categories. We found that to enable web filtering with forticlient on iOS, we need to put the iPad in supervised mode and use configuration tool to create a mobileconfig file then distribute it. But even this didn't work. Any advise please, or anybody has tested it before can share the complete steps to have it well functioning. We are able to block on Android and mac book.
