There is a MAC version of the SSL VPN client which works really well.

It is available from the Fortinet firmware downloads page. You need a login to the support site to access it.

Not everybody is happy with SSL VPN; if you are looking for IPsec VPN clients, there is - VPN Tracker by equinux.com - IPSecuritas by lobotomo.com - NCP Secure Entry Client by ncp-e.com - Cisco Unity client and more We use Tracker but the registration requires a MAC locking which is impractical.

I strongly recommend FortiClient for Mac v4.0.2.b129. It was released last Dec and supports both SSL-VPN and IPsec VPN. It worked really well for our macosx users. If you have existing VPN configuration for Windows client 4.3.x, you can just import the configuration to the Mac client. You can find details in the Release Notes (FortiClient_for_Mac_v4.0_Patch_2_Release_Notes.pdf) from the support site. Regards, L.C
