when i try to download forticlient windows version,

i can see links.fortinet.com connect fail.

i guess the link have a problem.

I am getting "FortiClientVPNOnlineInstaller.exe" file and downloaded successfully. Can you make sure the popup is not blocked.

no problem about popup, proxy, firewall..

i checked firewall log. TCP reset from server.

i guess server is block my ip..

That is strange, you may try downloading the file from https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx if you have an account.

Today I've been receiving complains about websites not loading (FortiOS 6.4.13.)

Rule logs show "TCP reset from server". One of the websites suddenly started working without any change in the fgate config. Start requests are sent and wireshark shows handshake is done. But then appears one TLSv1 packet and two more packets and connnection is lost.

I'll try some debug commands.

Anyone else having this problem?

Solved. One sdwan IP was blacklisted. Had to use 2nd link as new external IP.

Now I need to delist that IP address (spamhaus zen). any suggestion?
