Forticlient disconnects after few seconds on windows 8.1

Forticlient shows 98%, then connect, after a few seconds gets disconnected. I am using windows 8.1. Any help appreciated

hi,

sslvpn traces complain the issue from remote computer. 

-try uninstalling the client using vpn tools, and install again see it makes any improvment.

-there is a known issue with sslvpn client in widows 8.1 due to windows update/drivers.

You may also using the ipsec vpn client.
