Forticlient causing problems with accessing sites in an exception list?

Hi all,

I am having a problem with forticlient disabling some websites from functioning correctly, the way I have it setup is through an exception list or whitelist everything other than the sites in the list are blocked (no VPN installed).

The sites loads but I get errors like page unresponsive, or after filling in a webform and click next it just hangs.

I think it maybe a certificate issue but would like the opinion of someone who know what they are doing with this software lol.

Some websites load pages from various other web servers (not their domain alone). As such, if blocking all websites, and whitelisting some, you may need to determine all the domains (and subdomains) required by the websites whitelisted, and add those also to the exception list.
