Forticlient blocks internet access

Hello, I have the following problem with forticlient, basically in some PC' s when FC is active internet and intranet access becomes unavailable but if forticlient is shutdown everything starts working fine, if FC is activated again the same story occurs. FC is the only antivirus installed on those PCs. FC v4.1.2 managed via FortiManager. Thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

@L.Clarke Sadly, the above mentioned solution didn' t work for me, after i disabled FortiProxy, the filter then disappears, and the user can then freely surf, which is a disaster... Edit: I found the culprit, it' s Avast' s Web Shield, I tried terminating it and everything works fine even when FortiProxy is enabled, but I don' t want to disable it because it might lower the pc' s security.. So, any suggestions?

Perhaps another AV product won' t knock heads with FCT?

Already fixed the problem, i just configured Av*st Web Shield' s Transparent Proxy on the web browsers... Thanks for the reply anyway... :)
