Forticlient block Sage

When Real time protection is enable the user cannot log on to Sage logistic program. When i disabled the real time protection the user can log on into Sage. What is the problem? Any suggestion? Andreas.

Sage is a accountant software. You can use this software through a shared network folder to open your customers and work. Maybe, forticlient block the network connection with server?
