Forticlient automate IPsec and SSL connexion and disconnection?

We deal with a lot of costumer with most of them we have a VPN connexion. For most of the VPN connexion type we were able to write a script where the agent only have to type the costumer ID he wants to call and all the current VPN connexion are shutdown and start the one related to this client. 

This improve there productivity, we have more and more client who switched to a Fortinet solution and the client they provide, I didn't find a way to do something similar. Which I dont like since I have to give the credentials to the agent. 

I would like to know if there's a way to achieve an autoconnect and disconnect from a script with Forticlient. 

Just let you know, the specific client use a IPsec connection. Can I use any client to connect to this IPsec tunnel?
