Forticlient able to connect to fgt but can't not reach local ressources

Hello,

Two forticlient installed on 2 differents computers. from both forticleint the ipsec tunnel is up. However one can access to local ressources while the other can't (it indicates that received octects: 0)

How can I fix this problem
