Forticlient Version Problem

Hi,

We are using Fortigate 300D for our VPN connections, the Fortigate version is : 6.0.4 build0231(GA).

Our users can't log in via the Forticlient with the newest version(6.2),We have to download only the 6.0 version.

All the users that trying to use 6.2 get a the message "Unable to establish the VPN connection. the VPN server may be unreachable.(-14)

In truoubleshooting, the groups that has the command "set host-check av" we got the error, with the groups that doesn't have this command everything works great, We are using ESET-Smart-Security-AV on our computers.

As a part of troubleshooting when we disable host check we were able to connect with the Forticlient version 6.2, but when we have that enabled as per the observation we can see that from client we are not getting the AV details to match or check to allow the VPN connection and due to that the VPN connection are failing.

Do you know what can be the problem or how to solve this? We don't want to disable the AV command.
