Forticlient VPN Problem IPAD

Hi,

We are having problems with VPN-SSL foticlient in IPADs devices

The forticlient version in IPAD is v5.2.0.028

The fortigate version (FortiIOS) is : Fortigate-1240B v4.0,build0672,130904 (MR3 Patch 15).

Why is only happening in IPADs??? Iphones is working fine....

Is there any incompatibility in this FortiOS and this forticlient version????????? should i try with another forticlient or upgrade the FortiIOS???
