Forticlient VPN Linux in French

Hello,

I downloaded Forticlient VPN for Linux (rpm package) but the interface (GUI) is still in English. Is there a way that the whole interface (GUI) is set in French ?

When I reviewed the FortiClient windows release notes, I saw that FortiClient supported the French language. But I can't see the same information on Linux release notes.

But even if it is not written in the document, you can try that. Download the configuration file from FortiClient GUI. Open the backup file with a text editor and change that line.After that you can restore this configuration file to FortiClient.

I followed your solution but the forticlient VPN GUI is still in English :(

Only the help entry in the main menu is in French, all other things are in English. Despite, I do it in administrator through the Forticlient VPN gui (see lock icon). I set the language to French in my O.S. I'm using the last Fedora Cinnamon version.

If someone have an idea ?

Bear in mind that FortiClient is different than FortiClient VPN (free version).

Hello,

I think there is a bug with the GUI. I've got the 'File' -> 'Quit' entry in the menu. When I defined the French language in the O.S parameters or when I modify the configuration file for French, the 'File' entry vanish and I have only the 'Aide' entry (french) in the main menu. All parts are still in English. Choose an other language than English seems to not be take in account.
