Hi,
Ever since the Microsoft update issue of April 2025 we have been encountering BSOD issues.
All the fixes and updates are in place but we now find that Windows 11 24H2 with the Forticlient free VPN installed are still experiencing the BSOD. 24H2 machines without the vpn are ok. Uninstalling/re-installing the vpn from problem machines makes no difference. BSOD debug show NetIO.sys is at fault. Latest and previous versions of the vpn have been tried and all drivers updated.
Anyone else seeing this issue or have advice to resolve this?

Hello!
I found this solution. Can you tell me if it helps, please?
Based on the information provided, it seems that the BSOD issue is related to the FortiClient VPN interacting with the network drivers on Windows 11 24H2. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may require a more in-depth investigation by Fortinet support or Microsoft to identify the root cause.
