Forticlient VPN Android Problem

Hello, dears!
I hope this message finds you well.

I am facing a problem on my Google Pixel phone. When I type in the server address for the VPN, I am asked to enter the Remote Gateways, but when I touch the screen, it doesn't let me type. I shows the server address which I already typed.

IT JUST DOESN'T LET ME TYPE THE GATEWAY.

I hope I can get some help here.

When you are prompted to enter server address you enter directly the server IP address, then when asked to enter the remote gateway you just confirm by clicking OK.

But that address is not the gateway address I want to enter.

I did exactly as I described above and it works just fine.

Can you cleanup the config and redo again as described above?

When I am asked to enter gateway address, if I tap anywhere on the window, it takes me back to the server address window. It's very annoying.

Remove the existing one, then recreate the server address from the beginning, and there you directly enter the IP. Then once you are asked to enter the remote gateway you just confirm by clicking OK.

Yup... I am trying to schedule a screen share. The support rep doesn't seem to understand the issue which is baffling since I'm clearly not the only one who is having this issue.

But there is no support available for FortiClient VPN.

Fortinet MUST fix this and improve its apps, especially Android's.
