Hi,
We bought an Microsoft Surface Pro 9 which has an ARM processer.
The point of buying this was to hook it up with the Fortinet VPN, so we could go anywhere and still be connected.
Problem is i can't install it on the Surface Pro 9, due to having an ARM processer.
I was wondering if there was any early access or beta for Forticlient VPN for ARM processers that we could try?
Or is there any other solution?
I tried the Microsoft store app, but that doesn't seem to work with SAML.
The VPN connection is SAML with Azure.

FortiClient for ARM is now available on the support portal. Look for the version 7.4.3.
If you're having difficulty finding the installer, you can download it directly from our Download Portal. https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads

if you encounter the error message 'Sorry, you don't have any product covered by a Fortinet support contract'. please make sure that you're using an account with a valid support contract at least one registered device.
Hi,
It's the same if you want to download older version of forticlient
https://community.fortinet.com/t5/Support-Forum/Download-old-version-of-FortiClient/td-p/92701
"You can find the FC installers on the support site (support.fortinet.com). You need to have an account there, though. Then, in 'support', 'firmware' you will find the 'FortiClient' folder, with all (a lot of) different versions."

Thanks! But it seems for the same, I need to have a support contract.
I'm in that portal, but unable to select any product.
Is there any other option? or am I doing something wrong?
it looks like an account issue. you need to have a valid support contract and at least one registered device.
Thanks for your advice artanagrass. However, yet again, Fortinet does an extremely poor job at anything they try. Most of us asking for the driver are contractors that download the free vpn driver to connect to a paid fortinet vpn. I just tried to download the windows version into my windows arm, and it does NOT install. Enough is enough! Fortinet will never ever again get my vote when architecting solutions. What a disappointment of a company. I am pushing my clients to move away from this incompetent company.

Hello,
The latest firmware (20 march 2025) dont work for Windows 11 ARM (latest Surface Pro), Still rollback at the end of the installation.
Hi,
Understand that there is already Forticlient VPN installer for ARM processer, however, it still comes the same message when i run x64 installer for ARM processer.
Seek your kind advice, thanks.
I can’t believe that after 4 years of waiting for Fortinet to release the ARM64 version of FortiClient, they release an installer that doesn’t even work. And yet, they marked the thread as solved…
