Forticlient - Required Reinstallation

I've just upgraded the Fortigate 200E firwamre from 5.4.6 to 6.0.10. Once upgraded the users cannot established the SSLVPN connection with current Forticlient 6.0.2 & 6.0.4.

I've tried to uninstalled the Forticlient and resinatll again with the same version and only the SSLVPN can be established. Is there any reason why this issue happened. It will be troublesome for us to reinstall it again since we've a lot of user currently work from home (WFH) and at the other branches. It wll take more time for us to complete the Forticlient reinstallation to all these users.

Kindly advise why this issue happened and is there any othe way for us to rectify/resolve the issue instead of reinstall the Forticlient application.
