Hello experts, I have this issue with my users while using FortiClient:
When a domain user's password, configured as a VPN User, expires, FortiClient, despite prompting for a password change, is unable to actually reset it.
It reports "Password Field do not match," but upon checking, the fields are identical.
Does the VPN users get authenticated directly to the LDAP server or is there a RADIUS server in between?
You can take a look at this section of the Admin guide to check the required configuration and make sure that LDAPS is configured.
