we have a strange behavior in the Forticlient with EMS. The client itself seems to block office applications like Exchange Online although we have definitely unblocked the URLs. Also, I don't see the blocked websites in the Forti Analyzer but have to connect to the client PC and then manually view the logs via remote maintenance.
To narrow down the issue, I will suggest below: 1. Turn on 'Allow websites when rating error occurs' in your endpoint WF profile and see if issue is still there. 2. Turn off Web Filter profile and see if the issue is still there
