Forticlient EMS Cloud endpoint not registered in Fortigate

Dear All.

We're using FG-7.4.1 with Forticlient Cloud EMS 7.1 for ZTNA, and have problem with endpoint registration in FG

All endpoint that connected to EMS are listed and tagged in EMS, but only 1 are listed in FG that are fabric connected to EMS. 

With this situation ZTNA policy in Fortigate with ZTNA tag, are not working.

Please help to troubleshoot this issue.
