Forticlient EMS 7.0.7 build 0398 - most of the endoints Policy is Out Of Sync after an upgrade from

hello,

We have updated our Forticlient EMS to the version 7.0.7 Build 0398 and we show that for most of the endpoint the policy are no more sync in the console.

 Is this point corrected on the version 7.2.0 ?

May I know your EMS upgrade path?
What is the FortiClient (FCT) version?
I'd suspect compatibility issue.

Forti Ems - Upgrade path: 6.4.6 --> 7.0.7

Forticlient too: 6.4.6.1658 to 7.0.7 build 0398

ps: some clients are still running in 6.4.6 and they are sync with our FortiEms 7.0.7

FCT 6.4x is still compatible with EMS 7.0.7.

 

 

Your query would require in-depth analysis on ESNAC logs from affected machine in C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiClient\logs\trace to understand what happened.

 

I'd suggest raise a FortiCare ticket with us to continue.
