Forticlient Console - get permission denied

I have MAC OS I get permission denied error through the forticlient console. The crdentials are correct and so the VPN settings such DG, port,etc...
I tried connect through web too by enter the getway connected succesfully to the portal but "launchforti"
button doesnt response
