5.2 FortiClient doesn't support command line to connect SSLVPN.
The latest FortiClient 5.2.3 build 0633 also comes with the command line SSL VPN application: FortiSSLVPNclient.exe. You can obtain this by downloading the FortiClientTools archive file from Fortinet support web site: support.fortinet.com (requires a free user account).
Hi,
I have been experiencing the same problem. I have been successful in writing a batch file to automate the connection and disconnection of the FortiClient SSLVPN tunnel mode version, but haven't been able to find any command line parameters for the most recent 5.4 FortiClient version.
Are there any parameters for the newer FortiClient versions that will allow me to do this? If not, could someone please provide a link to a FortiClient 5.2.3 build 0633 download as I have been unsuccessful finding the archive on support.fortinet.com
Thanks
On support.fortinet.com, log in, go to Download > Firmware Images, select FortiClient, choose v5, v5.4 and download "FortiClientTools_5.4.0.0780.zip". Extract 'FortiSSLVPNclient.exe' from the archive.
This program is manageable by command line arguments, not 'FortiClient.exe'.
