Forticlient 7.4 got stuck on starting SSL VPN session after windows update June

Use forticlient 7.4 ZTNA licensed via EMS cloud and 7.4 VPN free version with ssl vpn

The connection got stuck with the message connecting.

In the fortigate no SSL VPN connection is incomming at that moment.

Started today after running windows update last night.

Solution??

Are you using SAML authentication? Have you tried a different FortiClient version?

Authentication via radius server

The solutions seems to be remove the forticlient, reboot, reinstall the forticlient and the it is working again.

Problem 300+ workstations to fix.

A fix from fortinet is the best solution
