Forticlient 7.0.10 Connection Issues

Has anyone encountered issues with the Forticlient 7.0.10 (using cloud EMS) attempting to connect > connects > then disconnects immediately. This happens 2-5 times (trying to connect) then finally connects. This issue is not apparent with 7.0.9.   Any advice is appreciated!
