Hi All,
In my company, multiple PCs running in Windows 10 have reported issues with Forticlient 6.2 in past 2 days.
1. We were not able to uninstall Forticlient as it shows that some related service is running in the background.
2. We disabled the service from the list of services as well as System configuration utility. After restarting the PC, we were able to uninstall Forticlient and reinstall it again.
3. After reinstalling, nothing happens when we try to restore the config file.
4. On Services, the Forticlient Service Scheduler shows as "starting" rather than "Started".
5. When we try to disable (on the same way in step2 above) and start, it showed 1053 error
6. System File Checker ran and observed no issues.
7. No recent updates from Windows installed.
Any idea on how to resolve?
Regards,
Yogesh
