Forticlient 5.6 error message

Utilizing the Forticlient VPN app I receive an error although I do establish a connection. IS this the only client available?

I checked on another PC and observed that the port 443 was not checked off. I reset my current (removed check mark) PC but still receive the error message although it connects. Any thoughts?
