Fortiauthenticator and M365 authentification : blank page on Android

Hi,

Users connect to M365 services using a redirection authentication to the FAC (version 6.6.2).

The config is working fine on Microsoft and iOS but not on Android devices.

For example, if i add an account to the teams application on the phone, i insert the username and after that i receive got a blank page and not the fac page.

All suggesition will be appreciated :)

Is it SAML? Probably certificate issue.

Do you see any logs in FAC auth logs when android tries to connect?

Yes, it's SAML.

I don't see any logs in the FAC.
The fac web page is ok on a chrome browser on the android device.
But i'll check the certificate CA.

After installing the CA in the Android device, it works. It's a certificate problem.
