Hi,
I have a FortiAP 221C-E that is failing to login on to the UI. The login page comes up but providing the correct username and password, it reloads the login page.
The solution to use different browser has not resolved the issue.

Thank you for your assistance.
Hi @shogechi
Please check the current firmware of FAP and try upgrading if the AP is not running on a latest firmware and check if the GUI is accessible.
Hi @manasac
Its running FortiAP-221C v5.2,build0262,160705 (GA), will try update through the CLI.
Thanks Manasa
Hi,
Am sorry, am kind of new to FortiAP. I downloaded images to upload through the CLI since the ui is not coming up. The set of commands i see online do not go hand in hand with ones available on the version.
FP221C3X16060795 # help
FortiAP commands:
-----------------
brctl, cfg, cw_debug, cw_diag, cw_test_led, cw_test_radio
diag_console_debug, diag_debug_crashlog, diag_sniffer
dmesg, factoryreset, fap-get-status, fap-set-hostname
restore, radartool, reboot
Any pointers on where i can get some information on how to upgrade v5.2 to the latest one using the available commands.
Many thanks
Shadrack
Hi @shogechi
restore <image filename on tftp sever> <tftp sever ip address>
Use the above command to upgrade AP via CLI. Please let me know if this helps.
