Fortianlyzer testing email server prompts' Command fail. Return code 67 '

Hello, I encountered an error while testing on Fanalyzer's email server. According to“ https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiAnalyzer/Troubleshooting-Tip-How-to-understand-the-email-SMTP... I have conducted the following checks on this knowledge base:
1. Fananalyzer can normally access the Internet and smtp.qq.com
2. We have not imposed restrictions on ports 25 and 587
3. The username and password of the account are both correct (both the authorization code and the real password have been tried and the same error has been reported)
I hope to receive everyone's help, thank you

It uses SMTPS on 465, not STARTTLS on 25/587.

So you should configure your FAZ like that:

set port 465
set secure-option smtps

Can you add this:

set from yourusername@qq.com

Also try retype your password in the SMTP config and validate.

Hello, there may be an issue with the email service provider qq.com. I used 163.com for testing and was able to receive emails normally

Strange that it works with FGT and not with FAZ.

Can it be caused by some IP authorization at mail server level?

You may ask the maul server admin, or you can still try NAT the FAZ's SMTP traffic with the same IP used by FGT for its generated SMTP traffic, just to see if it is the case.
