I have a fortianalyzer 1000C. The hard disk usage has reached 100%.
Can anyone give advice on what to do next please.

Consider usual maintenance tasks: manual or automatic one
Delete logs/reports/ to free disk space
If you need preserve long term logs you could "enable log uploading" by ftp/sftp/scp to an external storage and "delete logs files after uploading"
You could fine tune 'file management' to automatically {delete device log files|quarantined files| reports| content archive} older than X {months|weeks|days etc}
