There is a serious issue with our fortianalyzer. We have 20 FortiGates with compatible firmware versions which are connected into a FortiAnalyzer 1000E with 5.4.3 firmware, the problem is that FortiAnalyzer does not give any kinds of log. The reports are like the picture below. How can we fix this issue? Is there anything wrong with the FortiAnalyzer? I look forward to hear back from you. Thank you for your consideration
Either the logs don't exist for the time period or those logs have not been inserted into the SQL database. Best to open a support ticket if you wish help troubleshooting.
