FortiWifi 61E Help

I have a FortiWifi 61E running 5.6.5 that is connected to the internet via a Xfinity Cable modem.  The modem is in passthrough mode.  I have a security camera installed and I can't seem to connect to it since I installed the FortiWifi.

Here is what I have:

WAN1 public ip

LAN 192.168.2.X

CAMERA 192.168.2.22

IPv4 Policy:

Internet Access all all always

Webcam all all always (port forwarding to port 82)

VIP -

interface - WAN1

EXT IP - XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

Mapped IP - 192.168.2.22

Ext Service port - 82

Map to port - 82

Any help would be appreciated.

Either it's requiring not only TCP/UDP 82, if that's the correct port, probably needs other ports forwarded as well, or you're blocking something on the opposite direction. If you can't get help from Camera provider, you might need to do a host mapping (all ports forwarded) in maintenance window and sniff traffic between the camera and the server. I wouldn't try it remotely though since all access to your public IP will be forwarded to the camera.
