FortiWeb with Zimbra mail server

Hi All,

I have a question, we have a customer using Zimbra as their email server. Recently I noticed that someone from outside tried to log in to the email server. Is there any way to configure the FortiWeb protection profile specifically for the Zimbra login?

Hello

It depends on what you need exactly. Here are few recommendations:

• You can use the "Inline Standard Protection Profile" as Web protection profile to protect your Zimbra Webmail access. This is the recommended one if you don't want to spend a lot of time to prepare a custom made profile
• Or in case you don't want anyone from outside to login to your Webmail, then you can configure trusted and entrusted IPs from menu: IP Protection > IP List
• If you want to block malicious bots then you can do it from menu: Bot Mitigation > Known Bots
• Then add these above new profiles to your custom Web Protection Profile
