Hi All,
I am trying to configure User Tracking for OWA (on-premises Exchange Server 2019) on FortiWeb-VM.
I do not fully understand what I should enter for the Session ID Name. I have already tried some of the default cookie names like X-OWA-CANARY and ASP.NET_SessionId, but nothing works. I still cannot track logged-on user activity.

Do you maybe have an idea concerning this request?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello @Ironhide ,
I don't have any experience with user tracking and owa, but you can control some areas in your configuration.
-Is your authentication URL correct? Generally, owa uses URLs like this" /owa/auth/logon.aspx"
-Can you check your session ID field from the browser cookie area? Maybe your owa deployment uses different cookie names.
