y.test:9443/portal-client

It looks correct.

But why you put a dot (.) after the URL?  /portal-client"."

It is working now only for the first rule, but when I added.

2nd rule like 

x.example.com/Clienttest

y.test:9443/Clienttest

the writing is not Woking for the second rule 

This is the issue that I'm facing right now

Can you pose screenshots of rules and policy?
