FortiWIFI 60 D Lan and WIFI subnet policy settings issue

HI, I have recently purchased FWF60D (Fortiwifi 60D). This has Forti OS 5.0.7 Latest patch. I have set up LAN with (192.168.10.1/255.255.255.0) I have connect my NAS to the LAN (NAS address is 192.168.10.4) I have set up Wifi with (192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0). I have laptop connected to WIFI. Policies is Internal TO wifi ALLOW ALL Wifi to Internal ALLOW ALL. The problem: My Laptop from Wifi Network cannot map the NAS share. The error says that cannot find the device. Fortigate support team has spend lots of time investigating this issue but all in vain. Can anyone see if there is any problem with this? I can ping to the nas device from laptop to the nas.

If you execute the diagnostics and packet sniffer, you will probably find that the devices are broadcasting for searching the NAS. These broadcasts are not being carried over the layer3 interfaces.

can you access you throught web interface also ? try to access your nas with ip adress : \\NAS-IP instead of \\NAS-NAME if it works, it' s what enmoc says, NetBIOS broadcast (for name resolution) are only layer 2.
