Dears ,
I have a strange problem that FortiFones shows randomly the error message "Cannot make a call; the network is unreachable."
The customer network is very small and includes two Fortinet switches connected over Fortilink with a firewall.
The fortivoice is FVE-200F8 with version 6.4.8 after downgrading it from the latest version because it has a lot of bugs.
FortiFone, FON-380, and FON-570 with the latest firmware as well
The number of FortiFone is 30.
Is it a Fortivoice or FortiLink problem? What is the solution?

- Is the issue happens to FON-380, and FON-570?
