Hello Team,
I am setting up a simple IVR , with simple Menu with 3 options :
- Option 1 > Menu1 > Queue 1
- Option 2 > Menu2 > Queue 2
- Option 3 > Menu3 > Queue 3
simply , i want to share a variable ( lets say X which represents the QueueName ) from Menu to Queue .. like
- when going from Menu1 to Queue1 ,set that X="Queue1" ..
- when going from Menu2 to Queue1 ,set that X="Queue2" ..
- when going from Menu3 to Queue1 ,set that X="Queue3" ..
i read that it can be done using SIP Collectors .. i can define that variable , but i can't actually set its value based on the choice ..
any reference or a working scenario i would look at would be great

Hi sir,
- IVR feature is available in v6.0 and v6.4
- Below you can find the technical note for this feature in order to proceed with the initial configuration:
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortivoice-enterprise/6.0.0/ivr-technical-note/161111/configure-t...
i checked the link you provided .. it is a simple menu selection .. which i don't have a problem with .. and this is totally different that what i asked about ...
my question was during moving between IVR Nodes , how to create a variable and assign it with some data so it is shared between the IVR Nodes ? ( Menu1 Node >> Menu 1-1 Node .. etc )
