Hello rakeshlad,

I found this solution. Can you tell us if it helps, please?

To add custom ringtones on FortiVoice using FortiFone 380B and 280B, you can follow these steps to customize sound files:

  1. Access Custom Sounds: Navigate to `Custom Sounds > Custom Sounds` in the FortiVoice management interface.

  2. Create a New Sound File: Click on `New` to create a new sound file.

  3. Name the Sound File: Enter a name for your custom ringtone.

  4. Add the Custom Ringtone: You have two options:
    - Record via Phone: Click `Call me` to ring your extension and record the ringtone using the phone.
    - Upload a File: Click `Upload` to import a pre-recorded ringtone file.

  5. Save the Ringtone: Once the ringtone is recorded or uploaded, you can click `Download` to save it.

After completing these steps, the custom ringtone should be available for use on your FortiFone devices.

Hello

Thanks for the update.

I check FortiVoice management interface "Version v7.2.1" and I don't have Custom Sounds options. I have super Admin access so It should show if option available.

Thanks
