FortiVoice 100T - recover system password

Hello, 

I have an running FortiVoice 100T appliance up and running, and the old administrator forgot the system password. 

Is there a way to recover the system password without loosing the actual configuration ?

Guys, 

Attached is a printscreen from the Admin console where there's an option to reset the password contacting the Support, but from the partner / support portal I cannot open a ticket for this product. 

Any other option ?
