Hi folks,
is there any way to re-send the activation email via FortiManager? The customer says it happens very often that this email is not received when a new user is added. When I tested it, email sending from FortiGate (version 7.4.8) worked fine.
Platform Type : FMG-VM64
Version : v7.4.7-build2685 250527 (GA.M)
I know how to re-send the activation email from FortiGate and I also know how to find the activation code in the logs on FortiGate. I'm only asking if there is a way on FMG for this one customer.

You can do it by running a script from FortiManager, set the script run on 'Remote FortiGate Directly (via CLI)' and use the command below:
execute fortitoken-mobile renew <Token-SN>
For hardware:
execute fortitoken activate <Token-SN>
