Hello...
I've a problem with hardware FortiToken. When i'm trying create new hard token, my FTG gives me an error "invelid serial number". Problem is descripted in Fortinet Knowledge Base http://kb.fortinet.com/kb/documentLink.do?externalID=FD33940 but URL with software doesn't work. Does anyone have another URL or software named Fortitoken 200 Serial Number Checking Tool?
Thanks
Miki
Hello Miki,
what is the token SN (preferably photo of the token back side) ? Mentioned issue is pretty old, I assume you have token from those affected series, right ?
Note that token SN might contain zeroes and big letter O characters which are sometimes root cause of the issue when misinterpreted.
Kind regards, Tomas

Hello...
Yes. Begin of serial is FTK2002Axxxxxx
I think, only Fortinet application can help me. Probably it translate invelid serial to correct serial.
