Hello if we purchase a 5 pack of FortiToken Mobile license does this add-on to the 2 license you get by default? ( So we would have 7 total license?)

Yes you would have 2 free tokens with each unit. It is not the part of 5 token purchase but default free tokens comes with each fortigate unit.
