So, I've discovered that the FaceID unlock feature for FortiToken mobile is great and super convenient; however if you leave the FortiToken Mobile App running, then lock your Phone you could prevent yourself from getting back into your device because when your phone unlocks and you Swipe UP, the FortToken Mobile App immediately initiates the FaceID scan preventing you to get past the lock screen. This can be avoided in a few simple stetps, 1) closing/minimizing FortiToken Mobile after use; 2) Using PIN vs FaceID to unlock FortiToken Mobile; 3) Or using a PIN/Password to unlock your iPhone.
Has anyone else noticed this "issue" with any iPhone X models?

Definitely report it as a bug to TAC.
I'm chatting with Support about it now. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's iOS or FortiToken Mobile app at this point.
