Greeting,
I have some weird issue when using FortiToken, I manage
2 Fortigate devices (40D and 60D) both of them runs ver 5.2.3 firmware
on my HTC Android phone, I am using FortiToken Mobile ver 3.0.3.0029, and add QR code for both Tokens, on both devices 'Enable Two Factor Authentication' implementation has been applied
on 40D, its works great, but in 60D I am getting Permission denied (-455) after inserting the 6 digits number
Thanks in advance,
Kpax
Thanks in advance,
Kpax
Hi Kpax,
I'd suggest to check time and timezone on both, mobile device and FortiGate unit. Then manually sync token (GUI: hover over drift column in token listing , CLI: exec fortitoken sync <token-SN> <code1> <code2>).
I assume that you are using right token, the one issued from 60D and not always the same token (one from 40D).
Also CLI: "diag fortitoken info" should show you token status and it should be provisioned.
Best regards, Tomas
