I have added one FortiSwitch, but it always offline, how to get it online?

Have a look at this troubleshooting guide as it might help :
it was fortilink is not up, please check physical connection.
Is "auto-discovery-fortilink" enabled on the interfaces members of the fortlink?

Try to plug the cable from FortiGate to FortiSwitch in a port with FortiLink logo.
And ensure that the FG port that is connected to the switch is included in your FG's FortiLink interface.
this was no FortiLink logo in my switch

Then on your Fortiswitch do the following on the port id connected to FortiGate:
config switch interface
edit portX
set auto-discovery-fortilink enable
end

I would suggest you to please factory reset the switch (exe factoryreset) and follow the link to add the switch again:
