FortiSwitch - failing to retrieve ports

Hi,

Has anyone encountered when executing a command below to get this output?

Model FSW 124F-FPOE most of them and managed via FortiLink.

Which version of FOS & FSW ?

hi @AEK , about 29 SW and ~90% have FSW 7.4.8 all exhibit the same issue and the rest have FSW 7.2.7 w/o issues, also got 2x 1024E w/ FSW 7.4.4 that also work and running FOS 7.4.9.

What is your FortiGate hardware model? I would like to reproduce the issue in my lab.
It will be a great help if my configuration and devices are as close as possible to yours.

the FGT is a 200F and there's a cluster of them.

do you want the output/config of some specific commands or the export from the FGT ?

I have just checked that our Engineering team has a fix for a similar issue. The issue has been resolved in version v7.4.9. If possible, please upgrade the FortiGate to v7.4.9 or v7.0.10 and give it a try.

not yet. i  was wondering if its FSW OS related and not FGT OS.

maybe i will try and upgrade a sw to 7.6.6 and see

This issue appear as isolated to 1xx FSW series which are running firmware 7.4.8, issue 1206457 FortiSwitchOS Release Notes. The fix should be also included in 7.4.9.
