FortiSwitch 248E-FPOE v7.2.7 MC-LAG issue on SFP ports

I am trying to LAG 2 Fortiswitches using Fiber. The issue I am having is when I set the lldp-profile to default-auto-mclag-icl, it acts like it accepts it, but then a few minutes later it reverts back to default-auto-isl. Why is this happening? the 248E switches are LAG capable. Below is a pic of my port config.

Have you configured the same on second switch as well.

Correct, both sides are configured the same.
