Hello,
one of our customers will like to know if is possible to setup FortiMail FortiSandbox configuration so, that it will not prepend "[Scan Notification] Attachments are held for scanning" text to body and subject, when the message will be processed in the fortimail sandbox for a long time?
Thanks
Marko

Hi,
Did you have any screen capture for that.
You can try refer document here: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortimail/7.4.2/administration-guide/140567/configuring-antivirus...
this document that you provided doesn't help regarding this
Hi,
You can try disable the send notification Security > Disarm & Reconstruction > Attachment.
Refer here: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortimail/7.4.2/administration-guide/922690/configuring-content-d...
When notification sending is enabled, Security > Disarm and Rebuild > Attachment' gives DuplicateDeliver error in MS Exchange and original email and attachments do not reach the recipient.
As "srahmat" suggested in the previous post, when I disable the send notification in Security > Disarm & Reconstruction > Attachment, it does not send notification, the file analysis process works normally and no duplicates occur on MS Exchange.
Thanks "srahmat"
