FortiSandbox - Can not activate Windows Office 2019 key

Hello,

We are unable to activate the Windows Office 2019 key on FortiSandbox . The error message we receive is as follows

VMINIT: WIN10O19V1 failed to activate Office 2019 with the account XXXXXXXXXXXX@outlook.com due to a timeout.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
